My durian pancake is in this environmental-friendly paper bag ... 

This durian pancake is vegan (no milk and eggs) at this eatery, I asked their staff few times at the AMK HUB and Takashimaya Food Mall Outlet. So, if you are a Vegan Tourist, here is something for you to try ... DURIAN in Pan Cake.

Here is the Frozen Durian Flesh in the middle of the pancake ...

They used mashed durian flesh and it is just yummy even I am not a big fan of Durian.  The Pan Cake is made on the spot when you ordered it and then frozen durian flesh is added in the middle of the pancake and then fold into a semi-circle shape. So you can imagine biting on the hot pancake with cold durian fresh in the middle.

Many local have the crazy about durian but not me. You can leave the durian with me, it will be very safe (not gone and ended in my tummy).  You can place durian right in front of me and yet I can don't touch it at all, not that I don't hate durian or don't know how to open up the durian!

If you are a tourist, maybe, you can try this nice little durian pancake or durian ice cream or durian cake or durian dessert it if you find durian odd! 

Anyway, being a Vegetarian or Vegan is not a problem in Singapore, we don't miss out a lot and there are so many stuff which is suitable for Vegetarian and Vegan even at Non-Vegetarian Eateries ...
