Enjoying Rava Masala Thosai @ Changi Airport T2 …

Ravi Masala Thosai @ S$3++
Again at the Changi Airport …

Had a fabulous day and love it.  I could not really decide where I should dine, should I go for those vegetarian friendly eateries or the Vegetarian Indian Restaurant at T2.

Guess, the answer is obvious. I am at Ananda Bhavan Restaurant again!
In the exploring mood, I was wondering what is the different between Rava Masala Thosai and MasalaThosai, so I ordered Ravi Masala Thosai @ S$3++

It was a palatable dish and enjoys it. But I still do really know the difference between Masala Thosai and Rava Masala Thosai! Anyway, who cares as long as I had a great vegetarian meal …

I love my vegetarian meal.  Life can so simple.

Where: ANANDA BHAVAN RESTAURANT (CHANGI T2). 60 Airport Boulevard Changi Airport (Terminal 2) Singapore 819643. Tel:  62979522

Rava literally means semolina...And here lies the difference. The batter/mixture is slightly different, hence giving a different (more brittle) texture to the dosa. Another difference is ingredients such as peppercorns, curry leaves etc are typically added into the batter - Giving a different flavour too.

I still prefer the original dosa though!
