Ordered this Fish Ball Noodle ($3.5) with a clear bowl of soup. The
seafoodless fishball has a QQ texture. The lady queuing in front of me, ordered
this noodle and added more fish ball ($1).
Tasty but I still prefer the old-school fish ball noodle sauce I’d back
in the 80s in school – I think the main sauce ingredients are tomatoes sauce, Chilli
sauce and shallot oil or maybe some secret recipe sauce.
