Go to The Boneless Kitchen ...

What’s Boneless Kitchen? It’s an eatery that serves 100% Vegetarian Korean Cuisine located near Tai Seng MRT station (Exit A).  It’s great to see such diversity in Singapore food scene especially the vegetarian cuisine area.

One of the most popular dish here is Soondubu Jjigae 豆腐汤配饭 ($12.9) with Ramen or Rice, and I ordered it with Ramen.  Delicious broth and spicy enough for me. Just that, it has too much tofu. I would prefer it to have a little more Kimchi or maybe replace with some Soy bean spout.
Kimchi Pancake ($3.9) is nice but a little oily and soggy. Otherwise, I would fall in love with this dish easily.

The Jajangmyeon 炸酱面($10.9) is popular with kids in Korean, no wonder my BIG kid who can’t take spicy food, loves this dish so much and only order this whenever he dines here. Not for me.

The side dish are free but not refillable, mashed potatoes and lettuce were served to us. Overall feel, it’s a nice eatery. Located in “Industrial area” and yet it’s almost full house on a Saturday. Reservation is recommended.

Where: The Boneless Kitchen. 1 Irving Place, The Commerze @ Irving, #01-31 S369546. Tel: 8457 6464.

Vegetable pancake is much better, while the fragrant purple rice is at least as good as instant noodles.
Also try:
- skewered rice cake
- kimbap, even though the korean sushi roll is a little oily
- hotpots, though they don't seem value for money
