I’ll go to Mummy Yummy Shenton House to settle lunch, if I on a hectic
schedule. Was there 1-2 weeks ago and happy to see vegetable dishes look fresh,
green and yummy. Over cooked dishes often not appetising. I ordered Bee Hoon
with 2 dishes @ S$3, taste good. Only one type of chilli available.
Also noticed they’re getting more environmental friendly now – using
brown food wrapping paper instead of styrofoam product. In the past, the hawker
centre stalls normally grease-proof brown food wrapping paper for take away
too.
Disposable cutlery is still used here. So, if I know I'm go there to
dine in, I’ll bring along my own cutlery set.
