On a contract assignment and was included in the company D&D 2018 event. So, I went to check out what interesting vegetarian menu can there be. It was at the Four Seasons Hotel, Singapore. Quite a different experience for the past D&D that I attended, it’s buffet style.
Some dishes like yu fu noodle, vegetables, sushi, mushroom soup were veg*nised but were served together with non-vegetarian food (like the sushi). Wasn't eating that much that night, but enjoyed the Lychee Sorbet the most.
