The beauty of working in town, I can access to certain
places quite easily, sometime by walking. One day, after work, I decided to detour
and walk to Chinatown for Vegetarian Chee Cheong Fun @ $2.5 at Mei Heong Yuen
Dessert.
I like the way, it been served here. The sweet sauce and
chilli sauce are served together, where I can concoct this dish the way I like,
different combination - some portion to go with just chilli without sweet sauce
or no chilli and just sweet sauce or …. Adding more sauce anytime is easy.
