Having fun whipping up a glass of udon noodle …

It’s so fun, simple and easy whipping up a simple vegetarian noodle using what’s available in my kitchen. Purposely served in a glass for a different visual presentation. It have been ages, since I really play and cook creatively and have fun with it. If you know how to cook instant noodle and you can do this dish.

Ingredients: 
dried flat udon, dried mushroom (optional), button mushroom (optional), fried tofu (left over), optional), carrot, Japanese cucumber, nori shreds, vegetarian minced mushroom meat, soy sauce, sesame seeds (optional), sesame oil and truffles oil (optional).
