Deep Fried Tofu stuffed with cucumber and tomato...
Normally I would add blanched bean sprout too. Firm Tofu from
wet market is the better than those in the supermarket for this dish. Just dip
in your favourite dipping sauce. I prefer it to go with chilli sauce.
