Tonight, I use whatever leftover ingredients in the kitchen,
whipped up a simple dish - Braised Bittergourd with Vegetarian Oyster Sauce.
Throw in Bittergourd, Oyster mushrooms and deep fried beancurd bits, with
water, Sesame oil, Vegetarian Oyster sauce, pepper, bring to a boil and simmer.
Dried red chilli are made from leftover fresh chilli which I had cleaned and
put in my refrigerator.
