Are we on the same page? Santoor is a Classical Stringed Instrument where only the Indian or some Indian would be aware and appreciate. Never would a Chinese like me would be able to go all the way to discover this unless I have a deep interest in Ancient Classic Music in India . However, merging it in the music of the English Alternative Rock (this is played everywhere) and pair it with tabla like percussion, it successfully caught my attention! And I enjoy it.
Vegetarian cuisine going solo and without adding a new twist or elements to it, will be very dull and unable to reach its potentials and have a great breakthrough. What new or fun elements to spice it up will depends on each individual’s interpretations and innovations. ‘Fun’ factor is added not for the customers only, it is as a whole – inner and external - the customers. Only then, it will be able to make it unique, where things no longer target at the end result but the process itself and everyone stops competing but start excelling. And a different story begins …
