Smaller players with limited resources, the smart ones get start via quick, easy and no extra cost option - have a Go Green Menu or offer Impossible Meat or Beyond Meat.

With growing F&B players developing creative plant-forward cuisines. Some top restaurants already serving vegetarian cuisines to 20% of their clientele.

Viewing it positively, it’s good news for vegetarian eateries/restaurants. The population is now more sustainability-conscious and receptive to meatless cuisines. So keep calm and get ready for the busy moments to come soon!
