Was at Bukit Gombak MRT again for inspiration talks. Popped by Tanaka Vegetarian 田中素食for
dinner. I was so excited looking at
their daily noodle menu but only realise it was for morning (早市). At night (晚市 ),
they offered Zhi Char Menu. Like any Zhi Char menu, the dishes and pricing are
around that range except it’s vegetarian version.
What’s to eat is my dilemma.
Need to make a decision fast. Ordered
Mee Goreng ($4.5) and requested them to change the Mee to Bee Hoon. I’d been craving for Dried Vegetarian Mee Siam,
this could be the closest if they can do it with Bee Hoon. Happy that they flexible.
The outcome was exactly how I love the Bee Hoon Goreng to be
like (soft and flavourful). The serving is generous, if you are a small eater,
you’ll find this a big portion to finish and having no space for fruits or
dessert.
This place is quite easier to locate and within small
walking distant from Bukit Gombak MRT. It is facing the MRT track in-between
Bukit Gombak and Chao Chu Kang.
